Waterborne Systems

At Col-Met Spray Booths, we are engineers, we are craftsmen, and we are innovators. Every day we challenge ourselves to think beyond the walls of our booths... developing new ways to enhance your overall finishing experience.

This time we took on the challenge to think within the walls of our spray booths, to find the best methods for addressing waterborne finishing and then to develop a family of products that would evolve the flash-off process.

  • EVO technology available in single portable units or corner-mounted systems.
  • Three Venturi nozzles create turbulence to disrupt laminar airflow during flash-off.
  • Three stainless-steel pipes with air outlets rotate to position the directional Venturi nozzles for optimal airflow settings.
  • Besides swiveling the towers, adjusting the multidirectional velocity cones also increases or decreases the air speed by moving the cone within its boot.
  • Powerful UFO-style fan and intake filter are protected inside a powder-coated fan housing, which can be mounted in the corners or the wall panels of the spray booth.
  • No compressed air is required by any of Col-Met's waterborne flash-off systems.
  • EVO systems come with their own control panel so when retrofitting there is no need to wire into your spray booth's controls, voiding the manufacturer's warranty.
